Hi all,

While trying out my LC-A+ instant back with the Wide Angle Lens, I realized the Instant Back gives a certain distance for focusing while the Wide Angle Lens has its own too. So I decided to take some test shots to determine the correct distance for focus for the three settings 0.8m, 1.5m, 3.0m on the LC-A+ with the combination of Wide Angle Lens + Instant back.

The right picture should be test done when focusing set on 3.0m not 1.5m as written.

When focus lever at 0.8m on LC-A+ & 0.5m on Instant back,

25cm one seems sharper.

When focus lever at 1.5m on LC-A+ & 0.8m on Instant back,
image
40cm seems sharper.

When focus lever at 3.0m on LC-A+ & 1.5m on Instant back,
image
65cm and 75cm seems sharper

Conclusion:
Seems the distance for focus is roughly half that written on the instant back when the Wide Angle Lens is attached. That makes it capable to focus down to 25cm!!
