wow 2 am to 12 pm.

so the lights are switched off at 2 am onwards right?
so it actually takes in the lights when it's brighter in the day probably at 6?

i never understand how long exposure works but amazing how these theories work altogether. anyone can enlighten?

Bcos my room is not hit by direct sunlight daily and i have my curtains cover most of the light i don't have to worry abt over exposing the shots. Yes the lights were switched off at 2am thus total darkness,if you noticed the image captured is only the ones that were illuminated from the soft dim sunlight from the window, noticed how on the right side of the pic it's totally dark...

In conclusion long exposures can only be done under dim and low consistant light source plus the small aperture of the pinhole and voila you have a long exposure piece!

But not in the case of solargraphy, well that my friend's is totally anther story, maybe for another time,a friend is doing it,let's wait and see the results!!!

Thanks all for the positive feedbacks.

Wait for more!Doing it again from tonight onwards!!!

mdzmr: The Gakken's aperture is about f/180,correct me if i'm wrong guys.
